Meet Florida Buy’s new Procurement Specialist, Tori Baxley.  She has extensive experience in the education and small business sectors.  Tori has 3 years of experience in education as a first-grade teacher.  Her education experience is enhanced by her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Chipola College.  In her most recent position as a small business owner, she has expertise in relationship building, marketing, and website building.  This puts her in a unique position to understand both the vendors and entities that Florida Buy prides itself in working with.
